This is NOT remotely exhaustive in even the slightest, and is not intended to be. i can totally do exhaustive, as many of you know LOL. This is just intended to encourage people to stop asking me about the wheelchair accessibility of spaces which you are actually fully capable of taking OFF your list of possibilities on your own. Some of the most bare-bones questions i continue to get, and i think it’s time more people took the initiative to do some of this work on their own, PARTICULARLY when they are actually able to get into and navigate the spaces they’re asking me about, and in many cases already checked out.
Breaking only one small bare-bones piece of this down to get people started:
– if a space has stairs/ steps of 1″high or higher, which are not ramped or otherwise accounted for, it is not fully w/c accessible
